When filling out this form, please remember the following:

- leave a space between paragraphs
- when listing quotes, include the names of the characters who are speaking
- if there is more than one person speaking in a quote, please list the names in the order in which they speak
- in any field which asks for a name or a location please write the full name and then any abbreviations in brackets at the end (eg. School plot (SP))
- jokes will not necessarily be used in every edition; they're more of an amusing filler if submissions run short
- comments will not be included in the published NT; they're merely off-side notes to the editor
