Awards from the Night World

Do you think you or your site deserve an award from the Night World? We have several different awards so see which one you think you should have. NOTE: This site is only open to NW members for now. It's special so only you can apply. Maybe later this fall we'll open it to everyone. Also, check back every so often because we plan to offer more awards. Contact Cassie if you are interested in making an award or two for the NW. Click on the award to see who has won.

The Passion Award goes to sites that are "eye candy." They may or may not have a lot of substance or originality, but they are very pleasing to look at and feature nice graphics.

The Spellbinder Award goes to very original sites. They may or may not have nice graphics but they offer something new and different, and are fun to visit.

The Witchlight award goes to good fanfics that both do justice to L. J. Smith's characters and/or settings, and also have a unique spin on the original stories.

"I am my only master" is a non-webpage award. It goes to our more outspoken members who have a voice and aren't afraid to use it, but do so with tact and consideration for others. ***This is not an award you can nominate yourself for. Nominate other members ONLY.

"A light in darkness" is also a non-webpage award. It is a "Ms (or Mr) Congeniality" award of sorts, and goes to friendly members, and also very involved members. ***This is not an award you can nominate yourself for. Nominate other members ONLY.

The Black Rose award is for good vampire sites. They do not have to be about LJS vampires.

The Daughters of Darkness awards goes to exceptionally done fan sites. This is not restricted to LJS. If you created a site for your favorite singer, sports team, or movie, you're eligible.

For excellent and informative sites on any form of Magick

For sites dealing with the occult.

This award you can not apply for. Any site that the Elders feel is the top of the line is eligible. Applying for other awards also gets you looked at for the HoV award. This is very hard to get and will not be handed out that often.
