Why is this your favorite book? It was the first book by her that I had read. It made me want to read everything else she had written. I also love the rest of that series, and the Vampire Diaries series, and the Night World series

Why is this your favorite book? Black Dawn - It was my first LJ Smith book and I have fond memories of discovering such an awesome author. Forbidden Game - Julian...enough said. Vampire Diaries - I just reread it and it is STILL as amazing as the first time I read it (way back when)!
Why do you like LJS? She really gets into the minds of her readers through her attention to character detail. Her characters are very realistic to average teens...you know what I mean.
What is your favorite book overall (of every author)? Probably, Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman. Great book for older teens/young adults!

What character(s) did you admire/want to be like? I admired Mary-Lynette because she stuck up for herself and her beliefs. Maggie too, I suppose. They are really average characters who go through some not-so-average experiences.
