What is your favorite LJS book? The Vampire Diaries: Dark Reunion/The Secret Circle: The Initiation/The Forbidden Game: The Kill
Why is this your favorite book? All three of these books perfectly encompass everything LJ Smith means to me--the emotion, the redemption, the knowledge that there is some hope in this world, no matter how hopeless it may seem at times.
Why do you like LJS? LJ has built a mythology with her novels, and characters so rich and real, I honestly believe I know them. They are part of my life, swear to god. I feel like I can just turn and ask something of Damon, or turn to Diana for comfort...her work is part of my life, and I wouldn't change the best friends I have made through her work for anything.
What is your favorite book overall (of every author)? Waking the Moon by Elizabeth Hand/Lost Souls by Poppy Z. Brite/The Silver Kiss by Annette Curtis Klause
What character(s) did you identify with? I really identified with Cassie in The Initiation. I was moving to an entirely different place, and read the book on the flight over. However, personality wise, I'd have to say I have healthy doses of Meredith's dry wit and Melanie's smarts.
What character(s) did you fall in love with? Damon and Bonnie, hands down, as well as Matt. But for some reason, I was intensely drawn to Diana as well. I also love Adam and Julian.
What character(s) did you admire/want to be like? Dee, for her courage and ferocity, Diana for her loyalty to her Circle, Bonnie for her strength under the worst of circumstances, Elena for dying for a town that could have cared less, and Stefan for always upholding truth, as well as love.
What is your goal in life? I want to become a writer--it's the only thing I've known since I was six years old. Also, to be happy. Cliche' but true.
Comments: Hello, my name is Bonnie and I am a nymphomaniac. =) ROFL!
