Disclaimer: The Nightworld belongs to LJ Smith and so do her the races that are members of it. The Harmans and the Redferns also belong to her. A few of the characters mentioned briefly also belong to her. All the main characters are mine though. Please make a request if you wish to use them in another story. This is the first of thirteen (Yes that is 13) Nightworld stories I have planned and takes place before Spellbinder. Very little spoilers in this. A very minor one for Spellbinder, but so minor it wont ruin it at all really. Its mentioned in the first chapter.
Author's Notes: This story isn't really for the young, but if you got through Huntress and The Chosen you can likely get through this without much problem. Some parts are fairly questionable though. Hopefully I've caught all the major mistakes but there might be one or two (At least I hope there is only one or two.)

I wrote this because of all the female characters LJ Smith has written of (Not that I don't love each and every one) none were as messed up as this girl I know at school. Meg is based loosely off of her and two others, as well as a little of myself. Also I wrote this because we kept seeing hunting from the hunters POV and I wanted to see what it was like from the hunted's POV. And what I mean by hunting is humans actively hunting Night Worlders.
